And as Breakfast is my favorite eating time, here’s a second part with other suggestions of Breakfast.
Salty and Savoury Toasts
Superseeded Loaf with Vitalite Spread (‘Vegan Butter’), with tomatoes and a half of an small Avocado. On top of this, Free From Salad Cream (from Tesco). Yummy. Definitely recommend it!
Coconut and Red Fruits Oat Granola
Coconut Alpro Yogurt, with Oat Granola (Bluberries, Canberries, Rawsberries). Simple, and amazing. Perfect for being part of a Brunch as well.
That’s it for today! The first article is pretty already complete so that’s why there’s only two suggestions here, but I’ll take more pictures for the part three.

Today I had a really traditionnal English breakfast and I felt like sharing it to you guys as it was pretty nice.
Simple: acan of Baked beans with Vegan sausages hot from the oven, with a nice pot of Yorkshire tea and Soy milk.
What a better way to start the morning?
Couch is an English cosy (and resonnable for the price) restaurant.
I had a voucher for Couch, and I was worried there was not going to have vegan options, but on the Menu that day there was this Courgette vegan sandwich ! With (giant) potato wedges.
Fortunately, they also do vegan hot chocolate if you ask to put soy milk instead of regular milk (it’s not written on the menu). But instead of that, I ordered this Mango Smoothie and it was heavenly good.
So, stay calm, there’s vegan options in Couch! Not the best place for Vegan meals but still, worth to go there at least once.

My omni (non-vegan) friend told me ‘my cousin cooked me this amazing vegan pancakes, and it has been hanting me for a week, so when you come we have to make those pancakes’.
I was so happy, knowing that he’s never eating any vegan food and now he’s getting interested about it. And it was actually his first time baking.
Here’s the link to the recipe, as it’s actually from a cookbook.
We struggled during the night, because he had no vegan butter or coconut oil, so we had to drive to buy some in the middle of the baking time, however it seemed like it’s wasn’t a big deal as they turned out to be super good. Look at those!

The other day, we decided to have this healthy and delicious japanese meal for dinner.
We used a rice cooker (Taiwanese style). Put the rice and the veggies as well in it, separately, including Brocolis, Shirtaké Mushrooms and Fried Beansprouts. Well, you can or cannot fry the Beansprouts, but we decided to do it for the taste.
In the rice cooker, when we put the vegetables, we also added some Very Lazy Garlic and Soy sauce on the top, as well as Olive oil. Then, we let the rice and the veggies cooked for 20 minutes.
Then we served it all, hot, and added black sesame seeds.
Healthy, tasty, easy, quick, and cheap! And, amazing dinner.
And then, time for some Japanese tea!
Careful, it’s a spicy tea! But heathly and tasty, so I definitely recommend it.

The Peacock, Vegan Pub
Last week I went to Nottingham, and in order to make discover vegan food to a friend -as I’ve been told it was really good- I went to this vegan pub. And indeed it was! It used to be a normal pub (non-vegan) but it has really recently turned into a full vegan pub. How amazing is that?
The second picture is the meal that I ordered, a Vegan Lasagna with Garlic Bread and a Salad. It was wonderful! So good.
Nottingham is such a good city for Vegan Restaurants… I recommend this pub to any tourist or any locals that haven’t eating there yet.
There’s a lot of choice, plus, it’s cheap!

Yesterday, I went to Zizzi Restaurant to eat lunch with some friends.
I wanted to share this with you, ’cause not everybody does know that in addition of their regular Menu, Zizzi has actually a special Vegan menu ! There’s the choice between two kinds of pasta, three kinds of pizza with actual Vegan cheese, many starters, salads and even some desserts.
I decided to order a Vegan Margarita with vegan cheese, here’s the picture.
It’s massive, not that caloric compared to the other ones and delicious! I recommend it. If you’re a local in U.K. or a just a tourist, there’s Zizzi Restaurants almost in every big city. The first time I went to one of the chain restaurant’s was in Stratford-Upon-Avon, which is still a small city compared to Sheffield.
